The Hawkers Club — Amazon Ads Data Privacy Notice

The Hawkers Club ("we", "us", "our") provides advertising management and
reporting services for clients on Amazon. This notice explains how our
Amazon Ads API application accesses, uses, and protects data when an
advertiser authorizes us through Login with Amazon.

## Who this applies to
This notice applies to Amazon advertising account owners who grant The
Hawkers Club access to their Amazon Ads accounts via Login with Amazon so
that we can manage and report on their advertising campaigns.

## What data we access
When you authorize our application, we access data through the Amazon Ads
API, which may include:
- Advertising account and profile identifiers (profile IDs, marketplace,
  currency, time zone).
- Campaign structure and settings (campaigns, ad groups, ads, targeting,
  keywords, budgets, bids).
- Advertising performance and reporting data (impressions, clicks, spend,
  sales, conversions, search terms, and related metrics).
- Optimization recommendations Amazon provides for your account.

We do not receive Amazon shoppers' personal information through this API.
We access only the advertising and business data associated with the
account you authorize.

## How we use it
We use this data solely to:
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf.
- Produce performance reports and insights for you.
- Provide and improve the advertising services you have engaged us for.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for any purpose other than
providing services to you.

## How we store and protect it
- Authorization tokens are stored encrypted in a dedicated secrets manager
  and are never exposed in client-side code.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Access is limited to authorized The Hawkers Club personnel on a
  least-privilege basis, and access is logged.
- We handle all Amazon information in accordance with the Amazon Ads API
  License Agreement, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, and the Amazon Data
  Protection Policy.

## Data sharing
We do not share your advertising data with third parties except trusted
infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting) that process it on our
behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

## Retention
We retain advertising data only as long as necessary to provide our
services, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed or upon
termination of our engagement.

## Your control and revoking access
You may revoke The Hawkers Club's access to your Amazon Ads account at any
time through your Amazon account settings (Login with Amazon authorized
applications) or the Amazon Ads console. Revoking access immediately stops
our ability to access your data.
