1. Service

Amazon Analytics provides dashboards and insights for Amazon Sellers/Vendors using SP-API.

2. Use

Requires an active Seller or Vendor account; access begins after Amazon OAuth authorization.

3. Payment

Amazon Analytics is offered in tiers, starting at $49.99 per month. The price that applies to your subscription is the price of the plan you select at sign-up, as confirmed in your order. Billed at the start of each billing cycle; pricing changes with 30 days’ notice.

4. Limitations of Liability

Service is provided “as is”; no warranties; no liability for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Termination

You may cancel anytime. If you revoke SP-API access in Seller Central, service stops immediately for your account. We may suspend/terminate for violations.

7. SMS Messaging & Authentication

By providing your phone number through our platform, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Hawker’s Club related to account authentication and security, including one-time passcodes (OTPs) used for login verification.

Message frequency varies based on user activity and login attempts.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages through this service.

Phone numbers collected for authentication purposes are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
